Muvo has no passwords. You get in with a link sent to your email, or with your Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn account. Signing in and signing up are the same screen: if your email has no account yet, it is created the first time you get in.

Sign in with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn

  1. Go to muvo.es and press Sign in.

  2. On Sign in to Muvo, press Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn.

  3. Choose your account on the provider's page and accept. You come back to Muvo already signed in.

Your account is your email. If you sign in with Google one day and with an email link the next, you reach the same account as long as the email is the same.

If the provider does not answer, Muvo shows We could not sign you in. Try again, or use an email link instead.

  1. On Sign in to Muvo, type your address in Email.

  2. Press Email me a link. Muvo shows Check your email with the address it used.

  3. Open the email and click the link. You can open it on this device or on any other one.

If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder. After a minute you can press Resend the link. If you typed the address wrong, press Change the email.

A link expires in 15 minutes and works only once. If you open an old or used link, Muvo shows This link no longer works or The link has expired: just request a new one.

To prevent abuse, you can request up to 5 links per email in an hour. Past that, Muvo shows You have requested too many links. Wait an hour and try again. You can also sign in with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn in the meantime.

Where you land after signing in

Your situationWhere Muvo takes you
No space and no invitationCreate your space, the first of the guided steps. See Create your space.
You came from an invitationThe invitation is accepted and you enter that space.
You belong to one spaceStraight into that space.
You belong to several spacesThe space you used last, or Your spaces if Muvo does not know which one.
You have a pending invitation but have not opened itYou have a pending invitation: open the link in the invitation email to join.

If you created a space and left its guided first steps halfway, you go back to the step where you stopped. The panel opens in the panel language you chose last; see Your profile and notifications.

Invitations are for one email address. If you sign in with a different email, Muvo shows The invitation is for another email and offers Sign in with another account. See Invite your team.

Switch between your spaces

If you work in more than one space, for example a museum and its temporary exhibition, each one has its own artworks, team and credits. You move between them without signing in again.

  1. Press the name of the current space at the top of the side menu. It also shows your role there: Administrator or Editor.

  2. Under All spaces, choose the one you want. The current one has a tick.

  3. To start another space of your own, choose Create a space.

On Your spaces, each space shows your role, when you last entered it and a Last used badge on the most recent one. If an administrator paused your access to a space, it appears with Access paused until they resume it.

Sign out

  1. Press your name at the bottom of the side menu.

  2. Choose Sign out. You go back to Sign in to Muvo.

Signing out closes the session on this device only. To close the others too, for example on a shared computer at the front desk, go to My profile → Open sessions. Press Sign out next to a device, or Sign out on every device to close them all, this one included.

If Muvo shows Your account is blocked, a Muvo administrator has blocked it and you cannot sign in with any method. Write to hola@muvo.es if you think it is a mistake.
