Your profile belongs to you, not to a space: your name, picture, panel language and email preferences are the same in every space you work in. Your account is your email.

Open your profile

  1. Press your name at the bottom of the side menu.

  2. Choose My profile.

My profile has four parts: your details, Emails, Open sessions and Delete the account.

Change your name and picture

  1. Type your Name, up to 80 characters. Your team sees it across the panel, for example in Team.

  2. Under Picture, drag an image in or press choose one. It accepts JPG, PNG or WebP up to 2 MB.

  3. Press Save. Muvo confirms with Profile saved.

Without a picture, Muvo shows your initials. The Email field cannot be edited: to change the address you sign in with, write to the Muvo team.

Choose the panel language

The panel language is the language of the menus, buttons and messages of your panel, and of the emails Muvo sends you. Five are available: Español, English, Français, Italiano and Português (Brazilian Portuguese).

  1. In My profile, open Panel language and pick one.

  2. Press Save. The page opens again in the new language.

There is also a quicker way: press your name at the bottom of the side menu and pick a language under Language. Muvo remembers that choice in your profile too, so you sign in in the same language next time. Until you choose one, Muvo follows your browser, and uses English if your browser asks for a language the panel does not have.

The panel language only changes what you see. It does not change the languages your audio guides are written and voiced in, nor the language of the player buttons for visitors. See Which languages does Muvo cover?

Read your notices in the bell

The bell next to the Muvo logo (at the top right on a phone) shows a number when you have unread notices. Press it to see the latest ones under Notices; opening it marks them as read. Many notices are links: press one to go where it happened, such as Plan and credits or an invoice. The bell shows the notices of the space you are in, and Muvo checks for new ones every minute.

Each notice goes to the people it concerns. The person who generated the audio hears when it is ready or when some paragraph failed, the person who sent an invitation hears when it is accepted, and administrators hear about credits running low or out, payments and plan changes.

Choose which notices also come by email

You always see every notice in the bell. Under Emails, a switch for each category decides whether you also get it by email. A change is saved at once, with the message Preference saved.

CategoryEmails you get when it is on
CreditsWhen they run low or run out, and when Muvo adds extra credits.
AI audioWhen a generation ends with some paragraph without audio.
TeamWhen someone accepts an invitation you sent.
Access codesWhen a pack of codes is ready to download.

All four are on until you turn them off. A finished audio generation with no problems only appears in the bell; it never sends an email.

Some emails cannot be turned off: sign-in links, invitations, payments and invoices, plan changes and the state of the space. They matter too much to miss.

Sessions and deleting your account

Open sessions lists the devices where you are signed in, with This device on the current one. Press Sign out next to a device, or Sign out on every device. See Sign in to Muvo.

Delete my account removes your profile and your memberships; the spaces and their content stay for the rest of the team. To confirm, you type your email. If you are the last administrator of a space, appoint another one in Team first.
