Muvo is a web platform for creating and publishing audio guides. Museums, schools, monuments, councils, galleries and other cultural venues write or record their texts paragraph by paragraph, Muvo produces the voice and the translations with artificial intelligence, and visitors listen on their phones by scanning a QR code, with nothing to install and no sign-up.

Under the muvo.es domain you will find:

• the public website, which introduces Muvo, its pricing and these legal documents;
• the dashboard, where each venue’s team manages its audio guides;
• the player, the page a visitor opens when scanning a QR code.

Venues’ use of the dashboard is also governed by the terms of use for venues. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and our use of cookies in the cookie policy.

You can browse the public website freely, without an account. By using it you agree to do so lawfully and in good faith, and in particular not to:

• try to access restricted areas, other people’s accounts or other venues’ data;
• introduce viruses or any code that could harm the website or other people’s devices;
• deliberately overload the website or send automated requests in bulk without permission;
• use the forms to send unsolicited advertising or unlawful content.

We may change the design and content of the website, or take it offline temporarily for maintenance, without prior notice.

04Intellectual and industrial propertyLink to this section: Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design, code, logos, the Muvo brand and everything else on this website belong to Muvo or to third parties who have allowed us to use them. You are welcome to read them and share links to them, but not to copy, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

The audio guides published in the player belong to each venue, which is responsible for their content. Muvo simply hosts and displays them on the venue’s behalf.

The website may link to third-party sites, such as our providers’ sites or the extra materials venues attach to their audio guides. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your data. If you come across a link to unlawful content, let us know and we will remove it or pass it on to the venue concerned.

You may link to muvo.es from your own site without asking, as long as the link does not suggest a relationship with Muvo that does not exist or present our brand in a misleading way.

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes or become out of date. The prices and plan features that apply are those shown in the dashboard when you sign up.

We are not liable for damage arising from:

• outages or technical failures beyond our control, such as network or provider downtime;
• use of the website in breach of this notice or of the law;
• content published by venues in their audio guides, for which each venue is responsible. We will nonetheless act promptly to remove it once we have actual knowledge that it is unlawful, as provided in Article 16 of the LSSI.

We process personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The privacy policy has all the details. The website only uses technical cookies, which are described in the cookie policy.
