Download your QR codes
Download one QR code as SVG, PNG or PDF, or many at once as a ZIP or an A4 PDF, and find the general QR code of your space.

Every artwork and every tour gets its own QR code the moment you create it, and your space has one more for the entrance. Each code works for every language and its short address never changes, even when you edit the name, the text or the audio. You can download them one by one, or many at once as a ZIP or as A4 sheets ready to print.
Where to find your QR codes
- QR codes, in the side menu: the general QR code of the space and All QR codes, with every artwork and tour. Search by Name, number or code and filter by All, Artworks or Tours.
- The QR tab of an artwork or a tour: its QR code, its 7-character Code and its address, with Copy link.
The Status column tells you whether the artwork or tour is published. An unpublished one still has its QR code; when scanned, it shows the page of your space instead.
Download one QR code
Open the QR tab of the artwork or tour and press Download. In QR codes, you can also open the … menu at the end of its row.
Choose the format. The file downloads straight away.

| PNG (image) | Documents, presentations and the web. It is 1,200 px wide. |
| PDF (vector) | A single 8 × 8 cm page with the code, for printing or sending on. |
The file name starts with the audio guide number and the name, and ends with the code, so you can tell the files apart in a folder.
Download many at once
Go to QR codes and tick the codes you want. The box in the header selects the whole page; the link below the list, for example Select the 120 QR codes of the list, selects every code that matches your search and filter.
In the bar at the bottom, press Download.
Choose A4 PDF with labels, A4 PDF, one per page, ZIP of SVG, ZIP of PNG or ZIP of PDF.

You can download at most 2,000 QR codes at once. To print up to 300 labels straight from the browser, press Print labels in the same bar; see Print QR labels for your artworks.
Prepared downloads
Downloads of many QR codes are prepared in the background, so you can keep working. Muvo shows Preparing the download. We will tell you when it is ready; you can keep working. and then a notice with a Download button when the file is ready.
Each download also appears under Prepared downloads, at the bottom of QR codes, with what it contains, the date and its size. It shows Queued, Preparing…, Ready or Error. Press Download next to a ready one to get it again, or use its … menu and Delete to remove it.
Prepared downloads are kept for 7 days and then deleted on their own. If one shows Error, delete it and ask for the download again.
The general QR code of your space
At the top of QR codes, General QR code of the space opens the list of all your audio guides. It is meant for the entrance or the ticket desk, where visitors have not chosen an artwork yet.
Go to QR codes and press View the general QR.
Press Download and choose SVG, PNG or PDF, or use Copy link to share its address.
Its address does not change when you edit the space. All downloads use the look set in the Style tab of QR codes; QR codes you have already printed keep working if you change it later.
