Two tools for administrators live in Settings: the activity log, to see who did what and when, and the option to close the space when you no longer need it. Editors cannot open either of them.
Open the activity log
Open Settings in the side menu.
Choose Activity.
The log lists the most recent actions first, 50 per page. Use Older and Newer to move between pages. Each row has four columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | The day and time of the action. |
| Person | Who did it. Actions by the Muvo team, when they help you inside your space, are marked (superadmin). |
| Action | What was done, for example Changed a role or Published a text. |
| Changes | For edits, each changed value with its old value crossed out and the new one next to it. |
What is recorded
Every relevant action in the panel leaves a row. Among them:
- Space details and brand, languages, voice and music, and custom fields.
- The team: invitations sent, resent, revoked and accepted, role changes, pauses and removals.
- Content: artworks and tours created, edited, published or restored, and earlier versions of a text restored.
- QR codes regenerated or swapped, and changes to their design or label.
- Access codes bought, requested or voided, and changes of plan.
- Closing the space.
Autosaves while you type are not recorded, so the log stays readable. Credits spent on AI voice and translation, purchases and refunds appear in the credit history of Plan and credits; see How credits work.
Filter by person or type
Above the list there are two filters. Choose a member in Person, or keep Everyone. Choose a group in Type of action: Details and brand, Languages, Voice and music, Team or First steps, or keep All types. The filters stay in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view with another administrator.
The log cannot be edited or deleted, not even by administrators. It is the space's shared record of what happened.
Close the space
Close a space when it should stop working for good, for example when an exhibition ends for ever. If you only want to pause your paid plan, see Change or cancel your plan instead.
Open Settings → Details.
At the end of the page, in the Close the space card, press Go to close the space.
Read the consequences and press Close the space.
Type the exact name of your space to confirm.
Press Close the space in the dialog.
What happens after closing
| What happens | |
|---|---|
| Visitors | The audio guides stop working immediately. Scanning one of your QR codes shows that the code was not found. See How visitors listen. |
| Your team | Nobody can enter the space any more, administrators included. The administrators get an email with the date it will be deleted. |
| Paid plan | A Premium or Ultra subscription is cancelled: it is not renewed again. |
| Content and files | Kept for 30 days. After that, texts, audio, images and every other data and file of the space are deleted for good. |
| QR codes | Their codes are never given to another space, so a printed label will never open someone else's audio guide. |
You cannot reopen a closed space yourself. During the 30 days, the Muvo team can recover it with everything it had: reply to the email you received, or write to hola@muvo.es. After 30 days the deletion cannot be undone.
